@jessebot@social.smallhack.org Most distros should have it in their repositories so a n apt/yum/dnf/pacman call should be sufficient...

@AndyW@chaos.social yep! I'm on Debian Bananas and just got it from apt with: sudo apt install tesseract-ocr Works great for purposes of transcripting screenshots of large text that people post from other social media sites! Thanks so much!
