One of the kids graduated last night! They graduated from a small highschool in rural Arizona. You'd expect things to be very conservative given the political climate in the US but the school doubled down on the inclusivity. The keynote speaker, who was great, was introduced as living in California with her wife and they did the prayer in Spanish and Navajo. I'm sure this doesn't seem like much if you're sitting in a cozy bookstore in a big city but for the rural West, this is huge.
