@cypnk@masto.hackers.town @fsphil@mastodon.social I reckon you're right this is very similar part, but may be a incompatible size? PT4115 is SOT89-5 (4mm long, flat legs, exposed pad) but I think the package in the photo might be SOT23-5 (2.9mm long, legs bend down). Hard to tell without a measurement though.
