... click on a link. That will open a browser, and that browser will load the page (whether you wanted that or not). Hopefully there are no redirects and you can grab the URL from the URL bar.

@grumpy_website@mastodon.online I sometimes open a YouTube link. It loads in Safari, then jumps to the YouTube app, and then it jumps back to Safari for some reason…

@grumpy_website@mastodon.online I had about a 100 curated links saved to a note in rich preview form. During one of the OS updates, every single one of those link previews just showed a spinner. No way to extract the link or even click. This happened across the board—iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and even the web. Apple Support was useless.
