Claude is hilariously terrible (in a not fun way) at making sure it works on a new branch/worktree. So often it will indicate it is but then does everything to main, or a pre-existing branch on the worktree.
More loss of confidence. Numberwang Intelligence, who knew. 🤷♂️

@marcpalmer@iosdev.space I turn off work trees and just assume anything I ask Claude to do will be on my current branch. Sure, it means I can’t “multitask”, but I feel more in control.

@marcpalmer@iosdev.space oh and just today I was thinking I should give worktree a try… doesn’t it help to keep separate Claude instances in diferent terminals?
