@fennek@bark.lgbt Web developer here. So, a couple of things here you should be aware of.
I 100% agree that a personal web site is the way to go. They are easy to set up. Find a hosting provider that's cheap (don't go with free because you get what you pay for and with the free ones you'll likely be the product and that would just put you back into the problem that got you here in the first place).
As for preventing AI from scraping your content, the answer is, well, you can't (there's more).

@fennek@bark.lgbt The thing about publishing a website is that... it's a published website. You can put in rules in your config to prevent some AI scrapers from accessing your content but those rules can easily be bypassed by bad actors. It's not bulletproof. The best you can really hope for is to minimize the damage. Set up the access rules to keep most of the bad traffic out and keep an eye out in your logs to make sure the Bed Guys aren't hammering your pages. It's 50% prevention, 50% vigilance.
