@fennek@bark.lgbt The thing about publishing a website is that... it's a published website. You can put in rules in your config to prevent some AI scrapers from accessing your content but those rules can easily be bypassed by bad actors. It's not bulletproof.
The best you can really hope for is to minimize the damage. Set up the access rules to keep most of the bad traffic out and keep an eye out in your logs to make sure the Bed Guys aren't hammering your pages. It's 50% prevention, 50% vigilance.

@zalasur@mastodon.surazal.net thats true and a reason why I first looking for advice. I want to minimize the risk and want to see which places are best to trust :3 Since I don't know much its the best to see what you all have to say about it
