Is there a single automated phone service out there that is not “currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls”? If everyone is currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls, it's now the normal volume of calls for everyone. They are basically saying: “We can't be bothered to hire more staff to handle your problems.”
