I get an insane amount of satisfaction from the ever more desperate emails entreating me to "come back" to services I left. Mate, if you'd just stayed as what I signed up for I'd likely still be there even if prices went up by around inflation. But you all got greedy enough to make me look around. Sometimes I found a different provider and sometimes I just realised I didn't need you. Don't be evil FFS.
