This will be the rough idea for exposing the boards. 12 UV LEDs (mostly UV-A) will be running at fair power, approximately 1W each. Now that I think about it, it might be a bit overkill. Or maybe not. I have no idea! Because of the high power I have bonden the LEDs to a small heat spreader plate, which are thermally coupled to an aluminium L-profile. This also mounts them in place. I got a small 330mA buck current driver for powerig them in series. In the future i'll probably add a configurable timer, but for now this will do. I got this case with a hinged lid because i wanted to use it to press the design and sheet together, but i haven't really figured out how, yet.
