I think @prereview@mas.to is indeed the best option for this.
@MetaROR@scicomm.xyz is an option only if the authors of the preprint submit their work to MetaROR and MetaROR then invites you as a reviewer.

@LudoWaltman@social.cwts.nl @prereview@mas.to @MetaROR@scicomm.xyz thanks - the authors submitted a preprint on the OSF to a journal, but not to MetaRoR, so I will go for PreReview. Linking preprints to reviews seems like an obvious improvement for the OSF though
