@pojntfx@mastodon.social I'm scared of immutable OS's I like having control, I looked at Bazzite and specifically discounted it for this reason

@SuperManifolds@todon.eu You get all the same control with immutable OSes! You can just layer on top of them (sysext for OS files, confext for config). The only difference is that with immutable OSes you can undo a layer and fix things that way, while with non-immutable OSes things actually get overwritten and you can't undo 😅
