@GamingWithEars@mastodon.stickbear.me Well just tell them the good old conspiracy of what the US government did with the first moon landing: The US government wanted to pull one over on the UDSSR and hired Hollywood to film a fake moon landing. Hollywood then assessed the situation and decided it was too expensive to build a set and decided to shoot on-site instead.
