Agree. It has gotten so expensive, and they've designed it in such a way it will break down faster.
I did research and apparently one needs to change a mattress once every 10 years due to the dirt build up and possible mold.
I have been unlucky with mine. Mine always broke after a few years. I recently replaced my hybrid mattress with a fully latex one and I hope it lasts at least 10 years because that thing was not cheap!!
What mattress did you get?

@liztai@hachyderm.io The one we bought is guaranteed for at least 10 years so there's that at least with ours. As for our make? I couldn't tell you right off as I'd have to dismantle the sheets etc to check. @ajlewis2@social.vivaldi.net
