You’ve been on Lemmy 2 years so you probably realize criticizing .ml on .ml is going to get you nowhere, but if you’re wondering why there’s no pushback it’s because non .ml people often don’t sub to .ml communities. A lot at least avoid interacting with .mls in the comments of these posts. I have no idea who they think they’re convincing, or if it’s just true believers circlejerking, but it’s probably not worth your effort to find out. I feel like since they’re openly supporting North Korea, they’re just really bad at their jobs or have some kind of disorder. No one outside of .ml thinks NK is good or normal so it’s a losing battle and they don’t seem to care. If it’s a psyop then they’re just making russiaboos seem idiotic and if it’s circlejerking then no reason to join the pigs in the mud. If it’s really bothersome to you then most ml communities have a non ml option.
