@olivewhippet Elmo has rate limited unverified people to reading 600 tweets a day, verified get to read 6000. Right now I can see tweets and RT but I can’t actually tweet. I went back as I missed so many people (13 years tends to build rapport!) and it’s gotten worse and worse and worse. The last 24 hours are possibly its dying gasp.
