there is an unhoused guy who was living in front of the park on the corner. He's got a cart with a bunch of stuff and a camping chair and tarp and kind of made his own space there, hangs out all day and sleeps on the sidewalk. He moved across the streett in front of McDonalds which makes a lot of sense because I see people (I can see out my front window) offering him food and beverage a lot. The problem now is that during the day he either sits in his camping chair (fine) or stretches out lying on the sidewalk with his feet sticking over the curb into an active traffic lane. No parking buffer or bike lane even, just active car traffic. He doesn't respond at all when people talk to him except to accept food and I've seen people call the homeless outreach people and he waves them away and won't talk to them. I'm worried for his feet/legs.
