@SebastienK@mastodon.social @eloquence@social.coop - if a celebrity set up his/her own server, they could establish and stringently enforce their own rules. It could also be a guard against celeb impersonation. Sounds much safer for them than Twitter.

@SebastienK@mastodon.social @eloquence@social.coop That would be the ideal, yeah. It's probably the best way to let them "verify and protect their identity", *and* it prevents people from flooding a specific instance that one of them is on. It also implicitly promotes the idea of federation.
