Two weeks post the second and final phase of my FFS. I look like a lumpy and slightly puffy squirrel from the buccal fat pad removal and SMAS lift. Some seepage on the sutures around my ears and I have a few more weeks of the chin bra. But I’m starting to see faint traces of it meshing together with the earlier bone work. I’m not unhappy
