RE: https://mastodon.online/@globalmuseum/116602696813122172 We certainly face this issue at Western Science Center – we don't have enough funds to add more staff or sufficiently increase pay for current staff given inflation rates. Visitation, donations, and revenue have all increased, but the extra revenue is mostly absorbed by increases in utilities and insurance costs. #museum
