"Kobe, there's no 'I' in team."
Kobe: "but there is a 'me' in that m*therf*cker, though"
So, it's not always bad to go in the opposite direction. (just be cool about it)

No meetings, no stakeholders need to be included, etc. Usually, the right approach. Not because this makes me a prescient person, but because this is a retention strategy.
