Led by an Orbán advisor, Frank Furedi, its wealth started with an endowment of more than €1.3 billion from the Hungarian state in 2021.
The endowment included real estate as well as a 10% stake in the state-owned oil and gas company MOL.

65% of MOL's oil is from 🇷🇺, so Russian oil profits are used to spread Orbán's authoritarian agenda.
