A couple of thoughts on the track I'm working on at the moment:
1. There's a part which sounds like a bit of arpeggiated post-punk guitar and I'm wondering whether I should actually play it on guitar.
2. A Mellotron is like Chekov's gun. If you have one, it will be used somewhere. #music #musing

@bedlamsteps@sonomu.club I have a vst of a mellotron that I've used on a song. The entire idea pretty much came from reading the manual and it saying something along the lines of: "don't hold down notes for a long time because they'll go out of tune and warble strangely", so I just had it holding long chords in the background haha.
