@robpike@hachyderm.io though I use a Mac as my main workstation, I don't bother with Apple keyboards. Craig Silverstein got me into Kinesis keyboards, which were great for RSI and are significantly higher quality than anything made by Apple in many years (if not ever).

As you can see, I have the first A1243 aluminum version with the F-key icons for Dashboard (before Lion came out), got it for Xmas 2007 and „light use“ is the exact opposite what I did with this keyboard over nearly two decades. Wrote whole books on that thing. Yes, the A and S key (why these? 😆) show a little wear, but 19 years ago I myself was less worn. 😎
