Note to self, never fly with Flair again: They no longer have human support staff and when you call you just get a chatbot that is unable to connect you to a human. They also do not have X gender markers on their website, so I'm having to put in a support ticket to update my husband's booking as both Canada and the US offer X IDs and he has one
