its interesting tho because when musk bought twitter and fired everybody he called em dead weight / unnecessary / not hardcore etc and in the "keeping shit running" sense he was wrong, obviously. a lot goes into making things run smoothly and you need a sufficient work force that can think to pull that off. BUT having shit work is NOT necessary for being a huge tech company anymore
