@mattiem@mastodon.social I agree! I simply think a feedback boycott alone will be ineffective (it's been tried before), which is why I suggested porting. It's easier for me - I make no income from Apple, so I lose no income by jumping ship. It's also easier because I'm meta-free and nearly google-free - I'm used to roughing it, and I remember a time when none of them existed. With linux, I'll have 99 problems, but Apple going fash isn't one of them.
