On a scale of 1 to 10, the vanilla slice from an IGA supermarket scores a woeful -2. I looked nice but the tasteless custard was almost rubbery in consistency, the icing on top was far too sweet and the thin soggy pastry layers left much to be desired. #JustPlainAwful
