@Richr@mastodon.social I'm not a React fan at all and thats why I was really sceptic at first. But I used it now for a couple of projects and especially if you just use it as a backend its pretty neat. The whole handling of collections with a really good TypeScript integration makes it a joy to use. I think the whole idea about integrating a CMS like that so deeply into a frontend meta framework makes it pretty special and suitable also for small projects as a Wordpress alternative.

@Richr@mastodon.social I wished something like that existed for Vue with Nuxt for example! But for the frontend I would rather pair it with something like Astro where you can make use of their local API directly in Astro without going via the Rest API. And you get even all proper types of your collections in Astro as well.
