@darthkali@chaos.social I’m often baffled by experienced CAD users not getting along with FreeCAD, especially the latest version. How do you feel the workflow is different from the commercial offerings? What do you feel is the biggest issue for you? I am certainly a strong FreeCAD advocate. I know it’s not perfect, but it has gotten significantly better in the last few years. I’m a daily SolidWorks user, and I had no issues transitioning to using FreeCAD. There are times when I wish FreeCAD could do certain things, but they are mostly convenience tools, not something that prevents me from getting the result I want.
