@zaki my friend group has had enough of discord for a LONG time and are taking the nuclear option at this last straw we going to matrix. matrix sucks ass but we hate discord too much at this point to care

@zaki one of the telegram chats I'm in is just 30 local friends, that's the kind of level where one of us should be able to host something for pocketchange. ID by "I know these idiots" a lot of tech-enabled comms doesn't need to be big national or international scale, internet already lets us reach it from anywhere
