Man.. so just rewrote all the terraform into modules and to make it more specific for creating a libvirt pool > base image (backed by cloud image) > volume backed by the base image. Ran into a provider bug that doesn’t propagate (or allow you to set) the image which is backed by the base image, so it defaults to `raw` (which also feels like strange behavior). Someone already submitted a PR so I’ll test it later. Not looking forward to then dealing with cloud-init, but it should be very simple
