Is it? Generally my reaction is that I'm not sold by the pitch because I already think the site is fine and I'm guessing it will turn out to be better than the app.

@Starfia@mastodon.social If the site is fine, it's probably not one of the ones I mean here. Some companies genuinely ignore their web UX or have app-only functionality because they prefer that you use the app. They probably have KPIs for app adoption.
