To be fair this is my first time hearing about it, so maybe it's just my school not using / mentioning it. Could be an intentional refrence though if that is the case for schools / universities in other places!

Those make more use of chemical drawing software to create an image, which then goes in a WYSIWYG word processor. Plus, flyers like this are often put together by a pharmacy tech or office manager.
