Catch-up from this week's fish course - Cullen Skink, with smoked pollock instead of smoked cod. A bit simple imo (and the class finished an hour early) but probably also the nicest Cullen Skink I've ever made. Then again, the liquid was 50% cream... #Cooking #Food
