My go of a pineapple upside down cake for Everyone Bakes the Same Cake. I used Nagi Maehashi's recipe from Recipe Tin Eats - https://www.recipetineats.com/pineapple-upside-down-cake/ It's a bit like a syrup sponge, with a soft spongey texture and the caramel syrup soaking through the top. It's giving school pudding, though I don't think I ever had it at school. Shout out @ottaross for making #EBTSC a thing. #Food #Baking
