@LunaCOLON3@blahaj.zone Ev: as someone who deals with chronic pain, sending messages is not possible at times, so here's what we do: Record voice message, then immediately follow with Alt Text generated by Voice To Text. VTT isn't perfect, which is why We expect folks to fall back on Voice msg just in case.

@reilyh@blahaj.zone that makes sense and i wouldnt mind that at all. i just find it annoying when people send a voice message without any alt text, especially when they are perfectly capable of typing. in my experience they also seem to be the type of person who gets mad at me for not responding quickly enough, and the voice message adds an extra barrier.
