If they ever get refederated they will immediately start to post doxes and get defederated.

but then you cant say "I tried to give them the chance" in this instance it will be one dox, then two dox escalates the time before a user can make a post, then 3 dox, 4, 5. we haven't decided on what the multiplier will be yet. I was fine with 1, 3, 6 per IP but some people were saying 1, 1m, 1t,
