but then you cant say "I tried to give them the chance" in this instance it will be one dox, then two dox escalates the time before a user can make a post, then 3 dox, 4, 5. we haven't decided on what the multiplier will be yet. I was fine with 1, 3, 6 per IP but some people were saying 1, 1m, 1t,
