@Texan_Reverend@kind.social Thank you; I was actually looking at the sharpies for masking--given everything, I have to be as mild as possible when going out, and perhaps decorating my Aura respirators would help some with the LOOKS I get.
But now I have to go look!

@azteclady@kind.social Haha, my mistake. Yes, decorating with the Sharpie Creative markers does help a ton. When masks look more like a style or fashion accessory, it tends to reduce negative attention. However, you might also get people stopping to give compliments or ask about it, as my spouse and I have. Consider picking up a pack or few of 6"-8" geometric stencils on Amazon. It helps to have something to reliably fall back on without having to freehand all the time.
