Back-of-the-envelope math seems to suggest Democrats benefited from gerrymandering more than Republicans in the 2024 election with a 3-seat advantage in the House to Ds compared to the nationwide totals of D and R votes at the House and Presidential election levels.
Further gerrymandering this year looks like it will close the gap, with House seats divided closer to the nationwide vote totals by party.
(Gerrymandering is bad, even if the overall numbers seem unaffected.)
