Just cooked with charcoal for the first time. Did not go great! Notes for the next attempt:
- Use more charcoal
- Use a lot more fluid (they are not exaggerating when they say to soak the briquettes)
- If you're looking, you ain't cooking!

I think it's a testament to charcoal that I can bungle it up pretty badly and still end up with what was the best burger I had in years. I need more.
