We're celebrating Global Accessibility Awareness Day! Accessible design helps everyone. We need access to technology and infrastructure also when we're injured, when we're low on mental capacity, when we're in a crisis situation. Today, we're encouraging you to learn one thing about accessibility that you didn't know before. 1/3

Maybe here's something new that you haven't been aware of before? 1. Screen readers are used by way more people than those with visual impairments. 2. Websites with lots of moving parts or animated gifs can cause motion sickeness. 3. Mobile apps with small touch targets for buttons are frustrating or even impossible to interact with by people with tremors or large fingers. 4. Checkout processes that time out unexpectedly or without prolongation option can increase anxiety. 2/3

@seism0saurus@infosec.exchange @OSCo@infosec.exchange I do accessibility-related cybersecurity streams on my IC_Null twitch channel, might this be something OSC has any interest in?
