@renardboy@mastodon.social @middleclasstool@phire.place The two words would individually pluralize like that (“rex” for sure; “tyrannosaurus” is 19th century Neo-Latin, but if the ancient Romans had that word as well, that’d be how it pluralized as well, barring a very strange circumstance). “Rex”->”rices” is funny, but, sadly…no.
