Was just chatting with my sister and had this realization about the current obviously incestuous AI investment cycle: It's like the rich people all saw the dotcom bust, the 2008 financial crisis, and the COVID bust and went "well all the rich people made out gangbusters in increasing amounts, if only we can top that!"
