:local_only: Can you recommend an HVAC service for furnace and a/c tune-ups, etc? Today I fired our HVAC company who we have worked with since 2019. The small company merged with Hero Home Services--which isn't the main issue. But Hero uses #AI for nearly all of its customer service and it *sounded* like an actual person... except it just repeated what I said, like "I'll pass along your concern about XYZ." Gave me the creeps Who do you use?
