Additional details: this is a part time gig so I'll still be doing drop-in time and my other stuff.
Main starting point here is to reconnect with the Flickr Commons folks--cultural heritage organizations who were using the tool--who may have drifted away (if this is you, get in touch).
Next work is to grow the community, bring other like-minded organizations on board, help advise on cool new tools and just generally Grow The Commons in all the ways. Couldn't be happier.
