okay i backup all the important data now i will just reformat it with #ext4, i don't want to deal with #btrfs anymore

@vavakado@mas.to I've been a happy XFS user for about a decade or so. I honestly don't remember if I've had an XFS file system crash ever. If I had, it can have happened maximum once - and it managed to recover itself. And that's across some 20-ish machines over all these years. Some of the filesystems have survived over 10 years already - including migration to new disks via MD based RAID. mdraid + lvs + xfs has been a success for me.

@vavakado@mas.to I would interpret that as the proverbial canary in the coal mine if I were you. If that happened, some manner of otherwise-silent corruption is going on, and getting rid of btrfs probably won't fix it, only make it completely silent.
