I just discovered a new* way of adding emoji to Messages on an iPhone or iPad! And wrote that up plus many other ways to incorporate the tiny stories that are those symbols. @sixcolors https://sixcolors.com/post/2026/05/orange-you-glad-i-didnt-say-emoji/

@glennf@zeppelin.flights @sixcolors@zeppelin.flights Answers the mystery I’ve had of why suddenly some of my text was a different color. I couldn’t work out what was going on but likely I had accidentally opened the emoji panel trying to get to the secondary keyboard.
