I am experiencing something else related to autism o.< Is something I have never noticed before..... but now I've read up on things.... yeah. I don't have an internal sense of how I feel. Both mentally and physically. Ask me how I feel.... most I can give you is OK, Meh or bad. But another thing is the physical. I don't know I'm hungry till I'm at the "Hangry" stage" I don't know I need the loo, till am desperate. I don't notice when I'm heating up or cooling down till it's too extreme., often too late to do much to combat the "Deep core cold" or "heat exhaustion" That last one is very evident today o.< Gonna have to be careful >.< #Autism #Actuallyautistic
